Manager




SAFOX is growing fast. What started as a Belgian market leader is now expanding with implementations across Europe and beyond. To support this growth, we are looking for a Customer Satisfaction Manager who will successfully onboard new customers and help existing clients maximise the value of the SAFOX platform.
Your role
As Customer Satisfaction Manager, you are the key point of contact for customers during and after their implementation. You guide new clients through onboarding, organise workshops and training sessions, and ensure the platform is successfully adopted within their organisation.

Key responsibilities
» Guide new customers through the onboarding process using the SAFOX roll‑out methodology

» Facilitate customer workshops to analyse needs and configure implementations

» Deliver or coordinate end‑user and stakeholder trainings

» Manage implementation projects end‑to‑end (planning, milestones, risk follow‑up and go‑live support)

» Proactively follow up with existing customers to ensure adoption and optimisation

» Act as the bridge between customers and SAFOX by translating feedback into improvements

» Introduce new product features and developments from the SAFOX roadmap
Your profile
» Perfectly bilingual: Dutch and French (spoken and written)

» Experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management or project delivery

» Strong facilitation and communication skills

» Structured and hands‑on project management mindset

» Customer‑first attitude with strong stakeholder management abilities

» Comfortable working in a fast‑growing and evolving environment

» Willing to work in a hybrid model: office, home and on‑site with customers
