A future-proof, cross-platform experience

Safox Mobile was built as a cross-platform solution that brings the latest technology directly into the hands of security guards and operational teams — with biometric and face recognition login, a renewed interface, enhanced security, flexible customer look and feel, multi-country availability, and an open architecture for integrations.

Compared to the previous mobile application, Safox Mobile significantly expands the functional scope. The ambition: a true mobile-first experience, where guards manage their essential operational, administrative and reporting tasks directly from their phone.

A phased rollout

Phase 1 — Time & Attendance‍

The first phase covers the essentials: clocking in and out of shifts, in a simple, reliable and secure way — including optional NFC tagging.

Phase 2 — Guard self-service

‍Next, Safox extends the app with guard portal functionality: consulting planning, requesting leave, notifying sickness, accessing documents, and more — directly from the app.

Phase 3 — AI-powered field reporting

‍In the final phase, full workforce field reporting moves to the mobile app — both static and mobile reporting, designed for the operational reality of 2026 and beyond. This includes AI-powered route optimisation through our Solvice integration, along with additional AI integrations to improve reporting speed, usability and on-the-job training.

Now live with first customers

Safox Mobile is currently being deployed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with our first customers — already reaching an install base of several thousand security guards. Roadmap development continues throughout 2026, with the goal of a full-featured application by year end.
