Safox continues to strengthen its presence in the European security sector. We are pleased to welcome Vigicore as a new customer, marking an important step in Safox’s expansion within the Luxembourg and Belgian markets. Vigicore is a well-established security company with more than 300 security agents active across Luxembourg and Belgium. Through this collaboration, Vigicore will use the Safox platform to further support and optimise its operational processes.

This implementation also represents an important milestone for Safox. The project created the opportunity to adapt the platform to the specific legal and operational framework of Luxembourg, including the integration of the Luxembourg collective labour agreement (CAO). This ensures that security companies operating in Luxembourg can fully align their planning and operational processes with local regulations.

In addition, a new integration was developed with Payrium, a specialised payroll integrator. This connection enables a smooth and reliable data exchange between operational planning and payroll processing, further streamlining administrative workflows. With this project, Safox not only supports Vigicore in strengthening its operational efficiency, but also takes an important step in making the platform fully compatible with the Luxembourg security market.
